商品特色

銅鑼燒：蓬鬆綿密的餅皮，夾入細緻的紅豆餡，老饕們的最愛。

牛皮：以鬆軟的銅鑼燒餅皮，包裹著彈性十足的麻糬，咀嚼時能感受到蛋香與米香交織，曾是加賀屋的房內點心。

最中：外殼用糯米壓製烘烤而成，口感輕盈酥脆，內餡則是細膩綿密的蜜紅豆餡；外脆內軟，是內行人的首選。
